Customer Review: A huge last breath for my very old AGP system
First my "rig" specs: AMD Athlon XP 2500+ (1.83GHz), 768 MB of RAM, GeForce 6200 AGP 256 MB. I should be ashamed :( With that old specs I barely could play F.E.A.R. Perseus Mandate with ultra-LOW settings at 800x600. I could play the other F.E.A.R.s with the same settings as well. The framerate was never over 35. NOW, I can play the same game at 1024x768 with all the settings in Medium an it doesn't play below 28 FPS, I can get even 60FPS!!!! Ok, It doesn't sound as great for other people but it's a great upgrade for me with that piece of crap processor and that ammount of RAM. Also, the card runs a little warm (around 52°C on maximun load) when playing and it stays in 38° when idle. It doesn't get too hot like other cards. The card performances very well and it's a great upgrade if you don't have enough money and still have an AGP Mobo. It is not a last breath, it's like an oxygen bottle for my old PC! This will be my last AGP card. I might change it for an 8800GT (obviously on PCI-Express) if I get the money. Don't have to say I'll buy it here on Amazon. TigerDirect + Amazon = Customer satisfaction.

Customer Review: bummer
I bought this after the antenna I had was damaged in a storm ,I had a channel master and was getting 9+ channels with it.After gettting the terk together and putting it up with new sat.cable a rotator I get 4 channels and only one thats good. And this is with a signal amplifier. I checked all the connections and they are sound. So I called terk for advice,.After being on hold for 15-20 minutes. The Tech that answered the phone did not ask questions or answer mine,Simply said SO SAD TO BAD.And hung up.I would not buy this antenna and expect any help from terk (based on my experience). I guess its time to pull it down and get another channel master.
Customer Review: Terk Technology Is Undeniably The Best
This antenna is the best. It pull's in stations that I could not receive with my old one. I would recommend an antenna booster, they are around sixty dollars at Radio Shack (I could not find one at Amazon) but they do work really well. I would also recommend Philips Programmable Antenna Rotator with Remote Control I found at Walmart. There were two prongs that were bent and the instructions were terrible at best, but the overall product is worth every cent.
